We manufacture across both spun and texturised polyester yarn, and PV blends at 70/30 and 80/20 ratios, taking each fabric through weaving, dyeing and finishing at our Bhilwara facility.
Spun or texturised polyester yarn, or a PV-blend spun yarn at 70/30 or 80/20, selected against the collection being run.
Yarn is woven to the fabric construction that determines the collection's finished GLM and GSM.
Fibre-dyeing for collections dyed before weaving, or piece-dyeing after the fabric is woven, matched to the collection's method.
Fabric is finished to its target GSM range and a standard 58 inch width.
Rolls are checked against specification before packing for dispatch.
Our range covers 100% polyester in both spun yarn (Gold Coin, Regency) and texturised yarn (Super Trovin) forms, alongside PV-blend spun yarn at 80/20 (Sapphire, Super Power) and 70/30 (Starline) ratios. This lets us produce fabrics from a light 165 GSM up to a heavier 260 GSM within the same facility.

Dyeing line in process
Fibre-dyeing colours the yarn before weaving and is used across most of our collections; piece-dyeing colours the woven fabric and is used for Super Trovin. Both methods are run at our facility, so the dyeing method is matched to what each collection needs rather than a single fixed process.
Weaving shed, Bhilwara facility
Because weaving, dyeing and finishing are done in-house, we can hold delivery schedules on standing orders and take on bulk one-time requirements without depending on outside job-work.
